Registration Information

We will contact you within 48 hours to start your registration process. This will be via an email or phone call.

We will carry out several checks to determine the validity of your business:

  • Your business location to access the proximity to any current established customers.
  • Your premises must have easy access for deliveries. Please note we do not deliver to residential addresses.
  • We may review your website and current product offering to ensure synergy with the brand.

Minimum Spend

We do not have a minimum spend per year, but the following order values need to be met for carriage paid:

  • UK mainland – £500 + vat. Any orders under £500 will be subject to a delivery fee.
  • Ireland, Northern Ireland and outside UK mainland – £1,000 + vat. We will not arrange delivery for orders under this amount.

Credit Terms

Initial orders are COD, paid on a pro-forma basis. After your first three transactions, subject to the relevant credit checks we will move you on to an agreed payment terms.

Can I sell online?

Yes, you are able to sell our products on your own website. However, we do not agree for you to sell our products on Ebay, Amazon, or any other multi-retailer network. Please refer to our full Terms and Conditions on our website for further details.

Returns Policy

Any damaged goods or shortages must be reported within 3 working days of receiving your order via email or our returns form. Please keep all goods in the original packaging and damaged items will be inspected once they are back with us. Credit will then be issued to you once the damage has been verified. We take no responsibility for goods transported through a third-party carrier.
